Together with Grundfos, we activated more than a unified narrative between their sustainability and financial reporting. We started from the core of their business, the responsible stewardship of water, and made their annual report home to a visual design system that expresses it. What started as the layout and structure of one annual report grew, over the course of the collaboration, into something closer to an ongoing creative partnership — the same team moving fluidly between CSRD readiness, market reports, sustainability presentations and social media, carrying one visual language across all of it. That kind of continuity only works when trust is built in, not just designed in.
